1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order ID or invoice) must be provided.

Note: Personalized, handmade, or customized products (like Tulsi malas, lockets, etc.) are not eligible for returns unless received damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Share clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the packaging.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, as per your preference.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, washed, or altered products.

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., bank account, UPI, or wallet).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for eligible products.

  • You can request an exchange for size, color, or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned item passes quality inspection.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
